The Pope Is A Scouser
According to Jerzy (Parrot Face) Dudek, who was in the Vatican recently to meet Pope John Paul II, the Pope is an avid Liverpool fan. That probably explains why the Pope looks so bleeding miserable and droops about the place. Di fans do do dat don't di doh Dudek?

The Police Are After Your Cash Now! Apparently the police have trained dogs to sniff out cash at Manchester Airport. If you have more than £10,000 on you then the police can seize it and you would have to prove to a magistrate that it wasn't linked to a crime. Now, if I had loads of money (one day), why can't I carry such an amount with me. Perhaps they're thinking that I got cash in hand from my window cleaning jobs and am trying to avoid paying tax. Another nail in the 'Freedom coffin'. By the way, use an accountant to check your situation. I regularly receive tax refunds. It seems they (Inland Revenue) never get it right.

Welcome To The UK Police State Here's a definition from the Penguin English dictionary; Police state n a country or state characterized by repressive governmental control of political, economic and social life, ususally enforced by secret police. Well that pretty much describes the country we live in, doesn't it? United V Glasgow Rangers, Tuesday November 4th. Turn up to meet our mates at the Quadrant pub before the match. Its shut. So are about 50 other pubs in the city centre and near Old Trafford. Why? So that the majority of folk can't enjoy a couple beers with their friends....oh...and so that the police may have feck all to do. After all we don't want them to do what they're paid to do and enforce the law against a few drunken scottish fans do we! [By the way we found an offy open 15 minutes walk away; called 'Booze R Us'..great name and dead cheap.] Come the revolution! (Or I leave the country, whichever is the sooner).

Will Fergie Get It Right This week? Is Forlan Forlorn? After last weeks pathetic display against Fulham perhaps SAF will pick his best team this time. I knew Fulham would be a handful, I wish he had. Not only does he rest 4 players from the previous game but he plays Forlan up front with Ruud van Nistelrooy. This is an insult to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who should be playing in this position (injuries permitting) but has seemingly been played everywhere apart from there. Lets face it, the best they can say about Forlan is that he always keeps going...brilliant. Well he scored against Fulham and Leeds in the League Cup but was still very poor. How the hell did he get man of the match against Leeds! Was he the last one down the tunnel and Sky coudn't get anyone else? Unbelievable. He doesn't know what the offside rule is and thinks that 'hold it' means 'kick it to the opposition'. The sooner Ole is back the better...and playing up front...not on the wing...stick Giggs out there...thats where he belongs. I can only hope.

Look Out, The Scots Are Coming
My ginger top cost about the same as it does to make a fecking Nike cap I paid £8 for to replace the one that got burnt at Old Trafford the other week (see below). Lets hope we get through to Euro 2004 and then meet the auld enemy. I'll keep an eye out for a cheap kilt. PS: Who scored the winning goal? United's Fletcher!
